Crack in the basement foundation. I can send a picture as well. I am having a Restoration team doing some work due to a dishwasher leak and they have removed the drywall when the crack was observed.

I just received the results from a long term home radon test kit conducted from June to October (113 days). It came back as 4.6 pCi/L, so it appears we should install a mitigation system. Our basement is roughly 60% finished.

Water seeps through basement concrete floor during the Spring melt when the water table is high.

I am interested in buying this house in Cheney, and during inspection, they found standing water in the crawl space and possible mold because of it. There are also a few settling cracks in the foundation and a negative grade sloping towards the house, which during the snow thaw, caused the water to go into the crawl space.

Our basement began to flood about a month ago, we pulled our carpet out and began to run a lot of fans to help dry it out. We were told that the cause was our rain cutters going straight down into the ground, so we bought extenders and it seemed to have worked. So my husband and some friends that have some experiences with construction began to deal with the issue, cut up the drywall ended up finding mold, so they applied mold killer and applied killz, they also put down sealant and replaced new drywall. Walk down stairs today, and the cracks we have on the cement floor have some water leaking up through them. So need some professional help at this point

Cinder block foundation that was added to a 1957 house several years ago (not sure, maybe 1970's). On the end of the house the foundation has sank a half inch, but floors have sunk more then an inch. Around the rest of the house the floor has become un-level too. The soil is soft, likely due to poor drainage. Would like to get an opinion of fixing the foundation (if it needs it) and ultimately level the floors. The drainage issues will be needed be corrected as well, but would likely be solved when addressing the foundation.

Home inspection radon test must have shown a level between 2 and 4. Potential buyer is nervous. We would like to see about having a system installed to insure the sale goes through.

House was built in the 40s with an addition in 1969. Have sagging issues as well as possibly no footing under the stem wall. Crawl space also isn't to code. Some areas have plenty of space and others I'd have to be rat.
