Challenge

This customer lives in the same neighborhood of another customer of Premier Basement Systems. We did a clean space system there. This customer really like it so he gave us a call. He liked the idea of a encapsulated crawl space. He didn’t have any water issues at this time, however did want to pre proactive to prevent any damage in the future.

Solution 

Our Technician HIGHLY recommend that the customers crawl space be sealed up and conditioned with a  full clean space treatment. We sealed the crawl to 

prevent further issues and to help protect the HVAC ducting and create some great storage space.
