The crew was very good. Every day that they planned to be here they were here right on time and stayed focused on the project all day as well as respectful of us having a busy family life at our home.

We knew in advance the grass area outside where the Egress windows were dug in would be impacted and they did a great job getting the ground back to as close as possible. On the inside areas they cleaned, vacumed and mopped up and got the basement area looking super clean – better than before they got there.

I could tell from researching a few other basement waterproofing contractors that Premier Basements had superior knowledge and products for long term water proofing of a basement. and pricing was competetive for high quality work. Brandon’s knowledge and low pressure consultative personality was also highly appreciated.
